Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 5, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how PyxiVisio handles information across the website and the iMAGIC, iPRISM, MASS4US and PRISE4US products. It is written for business users and should be read with the Data Handling Statement.
1. Information We Collect
We may collect account details, name, work email, phone or WhatsApp number, company, role, country or market, selected product, subscription plan, billing cycle, usage needs, support messages, feedback, product inputs, uploaded templates, forecast assumptions, generated report metadata, session data, device and browser details, IP-related information and security logs.
2. Product and Forecast Data
When users work inside iMAGIC, iPRISM, MASS4US or PRISE4US, they may enter campaign, audience, market, pricing, budget, revenue, subscriber, platform, inventory, performance or historical data. This information is used to create forecasts, scenarios, dashboards, reports, templates, downloads, history views and support diagnostics.
3. How We Use Information
We use information to provide product access, create and manage accounts, process subscription requests, generate reports, maintain user history, support exports and downloads, send service messages, respond to support or contact requests, improve reliability, protect accounts, prevent misuse, audit activity, troubleshoot issues, comply with law and enforce terms.
4. Legal and Business Bases
Depending on the context, processing may be based on user request, contract performance, business operations, consent, security needs, legal compliance, legitimate operational interest, billing administration, dispute handling or protection of rights. Where consent is used, users may request withdrawal where applicable, subject to records we must retain.
5. Cookies, Sessions and Usage Logs
We use essential cookies, PHP sessions and browser storage to support login sessions, security checks, product preferences and basic site operation. On public marketing and sample pages, optional Google Analytics cookies are used only after a visitor selects “Accept analytics.” Visitors may instead select “Essential only” and can change their decision through the persistent Privacy choices control. Analytics is not loaded on sign-in, password-recovery, administrator or private forecast-workspace pages.
\nWhen analytics consent is granted, we send a sanitized page address without reset tokens, record identifiers or unrestricted query parameters. We do not send form values, email addresses, user IDs or forecast inputs. Limited campaign parameters such as utm_source and utm_campaign may be retained for traffic attribution.
6. Sharing and Service Providers
We do not sell personal information. We may share limited information with service providers that support hosting, databases, email, security, analytics, payments, document generation, support, backups and maintenance. We may also disclose information when required by law, to enforce terms, protect security, investigate misuse, respond to legal process, complete a business transaction or follow a customer instruction.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and operational safeguards designed to protect accounts and product data, including access controls, session management, server-side validation and operational monitoring. No internet service is fully secure, so users must keep credentials private, avoid shared-account use and notify us promptly if they suspect unauthorized access.
8. Retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide services, maintain accounts, preserve reports and history, manage subscription or billing records, comply with law, resolve disputes, enforce terms, secure the platform and support product quality. Users may delete available history items through product workflows where supported. Some records may remain in backups, audit logs or legal records for a limited period.
9. Customer Controls
Business users may request account support, access changes, correction, export help, deletion support or restriction requests by contacting us. Some requests may require identity or authorization checks. We may decline or limit a request where retention is necessary for security, legal, billing, audit, dispute or operational reasons.
10. International Operations
PyxiVisio products serve India and US workflows, and hosting or service providers may process information in different locations. Where cross-border processing applies, we aim to use reasonable contractual, technical and operational safeguards appropriate to the business context.
11. Children and Sensitive Data
The products are intended for business users and are not directed to children. Users should not enter children's personal data, sensitive personal data, financial account numbers, government identity numbers, health data, precise personal location data or other regulated data unless there is a documented lawful basis and a specific written agreement allowing that workflow.
12. Analytics and Product Improvement
We use Hostinger server analytics for operational information such as requests, countries, device categories, bandwidth and error codes. With visitor consent, Google Analytics 4 helps us understand public-page visits, traffic sources, sample exploration, public document downloads and clicks to signup or contact pages. Advertising storage, Google Signals and advertising personalization are disabled in our implementation.
\nGoogle Analytics is provided by Google. Visitors can review Google’s Privacy Policy. Aggregated operational trends may be used to improve reliability, public content and user experience.
13. Data Breach Response
If we identify a security incident affecting protected information, we will investigate, take reasonable containment steps and provide notices where required by applicable law or contract. Users must promptly report suspected unauthorized access or data exposure to support.
14. Updates to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as the products, laws, service providers or data practices change. The current version will be posted on this page with the latest update date.
15. Contact
Privacy questions, data requests and security concerns can be sent to support@pyxivisio.io.
